Privacy notice

This notice covers the Scaled Pipeline website and the request form on it. We have kept it short and specific, because the site collects very little.

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through the site.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to twelve months in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Scaled Pipeline who handle your request, and by the services we need to run this site and receive the form.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. The typefaces load from a font service, which does not receive anything you type into the form.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to emma.webb@scaledpipeline.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it. If we have contacted you and you want that to end, reply "stop" and it ends.

Changes

If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this notice on this page.
